[Case Study] Small Dual-Fluid Automatic Gun
Possible to apply a small amount with low-pressure air! A case that contributed to the reduction of release agent consumption and environmental improvement.
We would like to introduce a case study of a major confectionery manufacturer that implemented a small-sized two-fluid automatic spray gun. At this manufacturer, release oil was applied manually to the trays, and in order to ensure proper application, they sprayed more than necessary, leading to excessive application and increased costs for the release oil, which became a concern. Additionally, there were issues with contamination in the surrounding area due to mist dispersion. With the introduction of the small-sized two-fluid automatic spray gun, it became possible to apply the minimum necessary amount of release oil, reducing the mist dispersion and decreasing the amount used. [Case Overview (Partial)] ■ Challenges - Manual application led to excessive application and increased costs. - Contamination in the surrounding area due to mist dispersion. ■ Product Introduced: Micro Two-Fluid Nozzle *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
